I have biweekly service and missed my pickup. Can I put it out next week instead?
You can certainly try if our trucks will be passing your area again the following week. However, you would need to be present to flag the driver down, as your address will not appear as a stop in our driver’s logging system.
Because our routes run from a fixed stop list, it is not practical for us to manually add missed stops for everyone who asks. We strongly recommend printing and keeping your service calendar so your pickup dates are always clear.
I keep calling your office but don’t receive a call back. Why?
